SYNTHETIC PRIMER PAINT

Usage Areas: It is applied as primer paint on metal and wooden surfaces.

Applicable Surfaces: Metal wood chipboard etc.

PHYSICAL FIXTURES:

Colour: White, gray.

pH value: Non-ionic.

Final View: Matte.

Theoretical Covering Strength: Approximate in one layer, depending on the evenness of the surface to which it is applied. 15 m² – 20 m²/ L.

Flash point: Above 21 ºC.

Density: Approx. 1.50 – 1.60 g/cm³. (at 20 ºC)

Drying Time: About 22 – 24 hours. (at 20 ºC)

Application Method : It can be applied with a brush roller or spray gun.

Thinning : 15 – 22% with synthetic thinner

Cleaning of application tools: synthetic is cleaned with synthetic thinner.

Applicable dry film thickness : About 70 – 80 microns.

Applicable wet film thickness : About 90 – 100 microns.

Waiting time between floors: One layer is enough.

Important explanation :

The above values are valid for applications at a temperature of 20 ºC – 35 ºC and in environments with 70% relative humidity and ideal ventilation.

Shelf life: About two years in sealed packaging and cool environment

Transportation and Storage: The product should be stored in a cool environment and in such a way that it does not receive direct sunlight.
