ACRYLIC INTERIOR PASTE

Acrylic interior façade paste is a water-based, matte looking, interior surface correction paste based on styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Areas of use : It is used on surfaces such as concrete, plaster and chipboard.

Applicable surfaces : Concrete, plaster, chipboard, etc. applied to surfaces.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
  • It is resistant to water and moisture.
  • It forms a solid and evenly flat ground.
  • Its absorbency is extremely low, paint consumption is low.
  • It does not interfere with the ability of surfaces to inhale.
  • It does not prevent the walls from breathing.
  • Easy to apply.
  • If applied correctly, the spill will not swell.
  • It greatly prevents water and moisture permeability.
  • Before the application, the surface should be free from dust, dirt and oil, and the surfaces should be solid, clean, dry and self-bearing.

Theoretical coating strength : It is 7 -10 m2/L depending on the condition of the surface to which it is applied.

Flash point : It is not flammable and flammable.

Specific gravity : Approximately 1.80 gr/ cm³.

Drying time : It is approximately 30 – 40 minutes at 20 ºC.

Viscosity: No measurement.

Application methods : It is applied with a special putty knife.

Thinning : It is not thinned.

Cleaning of application tools : With clean water.

Required dry film thickness : Approximately 70 – 80 microns. (on two floors)

Required wet film thickness : Approximately 50 microns. (on one floor)

Standby time between doubles : 30 – 40 min

Full drying time : 24 hours.

Theoretical Consumption : 7 -10 m2/ L.

  • Controlled sample is recommended for precise consumption.
  • During the application, the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
  • The values given above apply to environments with a relative humidity of 25 ºC and less than 70 %.

Packaging types: : 3,5kg,10kg,20kg plastic packaging.

  • It must be stacked up to a maximum of 3 times in its original packaging.
  • It should be stored indoors.
  • Necessary precautions should be taken against water, humidity, frost and severe weather conditions.
  • It should be stored on pallets and in dry places between +10°C and +35°C.
  • Punctured, opened and exploded buckets should be closed or used immediately.
  • If the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is 24 months.
  • Thinning should be carried out at the recommended rate and it should be observed.
  • In applications with quantity and continuity, special attention should be paid to thinning at the same rate in order to avoid any difference in tone.
  • Avoid applying at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C, do not try to use it by adding water to frozen material.
